Before moving forwards,
we need to
retrospectively ‘take-stock’ :

We (and each) have ‘accumatively-embodied’
both
abilities
and
disabilities;

and each of our disabilities
has become further and variously
‘surroundable’ by
impairments.

THUS
We would do well to acquire
including by recording our own findings,
Guidances

“Self-Sustainworthying Guidances”

for daily, hourly,
and even by the minute, and the ‘split-second’,
‘managing’ and ‘self-therapying’
each-one, and all
of these Impairments.

“STOP-PRESS-LY”

As Families, Neighbourhoods, Populations of People
we have been accumulating
‘literally’
an “evil skulking horde of impairments”!

Yet it is partly ‘quite natural’ for us to be
being-mindful of … and … taking-care of
our disabilities, impairments, weaknesses and injuries.

Sustainworthyingly,
when we wake up in the morning,
our body-resting
has also been
our body-movement unconsciously ‘neglecting’ –
and “stiffnesses” and “discomforts”, “pains” too
have
“taken us over”.

That is why we need to practice
a sequence of
“waking-&-getting up”
and the ‘common-sense’ way of beginning this is by
“all and each of our body-parts”

“self-still-ing”

“self-stirring”
[before “self-creepimng”}

“self sequentially-limbering-up”
