at which to make any significant change
in your particular choice of movement-detail …
90-minutes can be divided into halves of 45 mins;
quarters of 22/23; eighths of 11/12;
and so right down to sixty-fourths of 1/2 minutes …
and vitally further still
we need to have as small a timeframe as 1(one) second
which you will appreciate
when you come to be visiting
and perhaps ‘self-therapying’
