Each of the Eight basic human-movements
has three “derivatives”;
and we can list these here

We should always begin with
the “least-demanding”
body-movements.

FLOATING.
Its components or movement-elements are
Gentleness, Flexibility, Sustainedness and Fluency.

Any of these elements may be
“exaggerated” or “stressed”
[in the ‘non-dis-stressing’ sense]

thus a different word can be applied
to help distinguish one variation from the ‘root’
and from the other variations :

When the basic (‘root’) movement of Floating’s
single elements are ‘exaggerated’
the following three variations follow:
(i)
Exaggerated
WEIGHT domain
Gentleness/Lightness
shows up as
Strewing.
e.g.
“Scatter seed by hand, or powder on a surface.”
