Since we need to be creating & conducting
our own-personal
“Self-Sustain-Worthy-ing”
Learning-&-Practicing Timeframes

and since it is also ‘wise’ to begin with a
General All-Round-Foundation Curriculum

it might prove
‘deeper-wise’
to tackle just one lesson at a time
from each of our four Earthly
“Places” :-

Life-Place-Wise
(a)
Upon finding one-self
‘awakening’
(in or on one’s bed)
to

(i)
fully feel all one’s body-parts
and ‘how’ they are each and all “feeling”

(ii)
more ‘stilly’ rest them all
(just a few seconds’ll do)

(iii)
slowly & gently
‘stir-then-relax’
one bodypart at a time
– now also
sensing & adapting to
every change-in-sensation as it is happening

(iv)
sense other ‘alternations’ in your ‘beingness’
one such being your Breathing.

(v)
Now comfortably
thus ‘alternatingly’
further prepare yourself for
getting-up-&-dressing*.

[After-Findings:
one might first re-find oneself
in
one’s duvet-cover sleeping bag
and within that
still within
one’s socks
and one’s nightshirt and-or pyjamas
(e.g.trousers-around-ankles) –

so one can use them
as one’s further self-limbering ‘props’.]

Your ‘underlying’ new
“self-moving essential key”
should now have already
become-being
your slowest perceptible body-rhythm
which
awarely or unawarely
might well be that of your heart-beat.

consider how you may
improve your own
health, wellness, wellbeing & self-movability
whilst in your Workplace
or
In-Transit
thereto and therefrom.

more ripe-fruit and vegetables
in your lunch box]

and how you would/should
conduct yourself during each such.
