Got Even “Lone-” ‘obstacles ?

Just ‘discovered’ :

“Standing normally,
firstly ‘stirring’ one’s legs into ‘actionability’ –

flexing the knees & raising the toes up and down …

PAUSE

now
holding still
the hip-joints, knee-joints and ankle-joints
slowly lean the whole body forwards
just a millimetre or so,
onto the toes

then return back
through the hollow under-middle of the feet
and
slightly onto the heels

before ‘rocking’
back to the middle …
