In these 90-minutes timeframes,

self-
stilling, stirring, enabling, practicing, therapying
sequences

we can utilise reminder-clocks
such as the 10 minutes ‘snoozers’ on cellphones
and the 5-minutes snoozers on some bedside clocks
to
‘safety-limit’ certain sub-sequences.

We can also use
“music”
since it can be well-suited to
the many kinds of body-movement
that we need to be practicing and ’employing’.

A “green” bedside clock (£12.99″)
has a number of short snoozable tunes on it
which
if not snoozed will continue for 45 minutes –

which is exactly
half
of the 90-minutes “natural human sleep cycle”.

Thus we can set the ‘alarm’ for 90 minutes
and as soon as it wakes us,
we can keep snoozing it,
or let it play for the whole 45 minutes

letting our bodies tell us
when to change our
self-stillings to self-stirrings;
self-stirring to self-therapying or self-limbering –
and so forth.
