we were supine horizontally
our body-movements sequencing;
1030 to 1200 – we were finding and making
Standing and Walking sequences.

There remain three more starting and ‘resting’ positions,

each of which
is much more ‘constrained’
than Supine and the Vertical
(one can remain supine for the full 90 minutes
likewise
can be standing-walking for the full 90 minutes.)

Sitting
All-Fours Kneeling
and
Prone (horizontally face-down).

“Let’s devote 1200 to 1330
“exploring” these three

say for
30 mins each ???
