‘dictate’
how civilization and humankind
must ‘behave’ and ‘work’
but
as Professor Dr AlbertEinstein stated:
“We cannot solve our problems
with the same thinking we used
when we created them.”
In other words,
“We should never trust
our Constitutions and Laws,
nor the Workers & Voters
who operate under them,
to be adequate to solve
Disasters and Problems
that occur under them.
We need to start
keeping our Constitutions
right up-to-date;
constitutional-guidance-appendices
publicly-libraried;
and
‘future-cognisant’ “.
