is emphasised for us
‘naturally
by
‘Evolutionary-Compromise‘ :-

[“] The human-being is the only animal on Earth
born not knowing how to move itself
in order to survive[“].

Then “Civilisational-Detachment”,
by ‘definitional-implication’
further “spoils” us
by having us not moving much
but being strapped in a high-chair,
confined to a ‘playcot’,
sitting as a desk in school all day,
and sitting watching TV all evening,
then lying almost motionless in bed
until school-time sitting-down tomorrow.

CONCLUSION

We’d better be “making” ourselves
“keep-ourtselves-in-fully-self-movable-order” –

A reasonably-quick-way of starting and settling into this ‘new-habit’
is to habituaute yourself into a Daily threefold Limbering Sequence:_
(1) Limber Up
(2) Limber-Along
(3) Limber-Down.

First thing in the morning, in bed
put yourself through an “all-over”
body, skin, joints and muscles ‘limbering-p
‘ [flexings/ “stretchings”].

2.
When standing up out of bed
do some more flexings and stretchings –

3.
Limber-SAlong
(do stretches and flexings,and skin-rubbings every hour or so throughout the day.

4.
In the Evcening until getting into bed,
Limber-Down –
by ‘intuitively’ making a variety of
all-over wholesome movements-patterns.
