still need to be
being carried-forward.
Some of these may well also be “foundational”.

“Old-Civilisation” versus “New-Civilisation”
“adaptable-fundamental
is
“Shaping”.

is a major-sustainworthying
“health-building-&-maintaining”
‘all-round-self-founder’.

External-Worldly –
Isometrics
looks “one-of-the-best”
and in its special-muscular-strengtheniong purpose it is.

HOWEVER,

In being both

Self-
and
Civilisation
Co-Sustain-Worthy-ing,

we need to be self-squeezing “self-shrinking”
(just as in Isometrics -)
except
that we find it very often
“better-for-us”
to be
‘holding’ an isometric ‘pose’ –

whole-self-minimally/slowly & continuously
moving-a-little –
usually with all or most of our
other body parts

and not at all of that one
focal-isometric muscle-group
that we chose to be
“gripping/squeezing-hard”.

This can be a helpful
‘but not always ‘easy’
‘challenge’ **
to-work-upon

may ‘release’ and try to join-in with those other
gently-slowly-moving body-parts.
