The ‘Leadership’ Vital-Issue

As a Royal Military Academy Sandhurst graduate
[from Intake 1 in 1948]
I now find it
“perplexing”
that the Academy does not sufficiently include –
at least in its Education syllabus –
the clear definiens distinction between
(1) Lifeplace128 Emulabity Leadership
and
(2) Workplace40 Militancy Command- ‘leadership’.

In the former (1) Lifeplace-Lifestyling leadership,
the essential requirement
[and thereby dominant definiens]
is
emulability
qua
“own personal lifestyle
transparently-exemplarily
&
‘all-followers-emulably’
128 hours [“off-duty”]
actually living.”

Its ‘application’ is peace-keepingly
twofold:
(i) as a Lifeplace “off-duty” lifestyle
fully-emulable by all other troops
and especially so
by those within the same Command.
(ii) as an “example” to external populaces and individuals.

In (2) Workplace ‘leadership’ –
the dominant requirement
[and thereby definiens]
is
“effective-commandship”
two-branchingly qua
(i) peace-making
[as ‘winning-the-armed-conflicts involved’]
(ii)
peace-keeping
[as non-conflictingly maintaining all existing peaces].

However,
One can not be sure
that the Academy is actually falling-short
in this Matter of
Workplace 40 Effective-Commandship
‘versus’
Lifeplace128 Emulable leadership.

FOCALLY ALSO
Because the same sort of
“dangerous-conflation” –

deliberate or unconscious –

is clearly-evidently prevailing worlwide
at practically every level
of civilisational-hierarchy.
