Definitively:
(“) The essence of every lifeform is
“Self-Movability*(“)[**]

it not only ‘behoves’ one
to be ‘daily-deliberately’ practicing and maintaining
each and all of these eight basic human movements;
but to achieve some level of
Lifeplace128hours/week
‘competence’ in them –
regardless of
whatever movements are required
in one’s Workplace40hours/week.

* Not “Olympic” Strength; not Speed; nor Endurance;:
but
“all-round all-eight movement-elements
“Lifeplace-competent”[*].

In our homosapiens sapiens and modern-human sense,
this means becoming ‘some-level-competent’***
in each of the eight (8) basic human movements:
Floating;
Gliding:
Flicking;
Dabbing;
Wringing;
Pressing:
Slashing;
Thrusting.
And reasonably able
to personallycombine and ‘balance’ them
in different pairs and groups.
