we ‘began’ this particular sequence
with the Sustainworthying 1 post
“Most Vitally of All” – Method III”-

Our ‘overall-descript’ is

“Self-&-Civilisation
Co-Sustainworthying,
Individual Human Movement Co-Improving,
and
Wholesome Health, Wellness & Wellbeing
Co-Building & Co-Maintaining.”

but

we came to ‘see’ that
Lone-Advance
“alone without any-one-else”
was “blind” –
ultimately
“procrastinatorily counter-co-productivity”

so we are now beginning with
“Lone familiarisation”
of the
” ‘No-Lose’ Needs-&-Hows
and
Method III of Cooperative Problem Solving”.

Which now already, in a few days,
has shown us that we should
‘alternately’*
be ‘Lone-Practicing’
our Individually-Personal
“Movement-Diapason-Range”

beginning with
“Self-Stilling”
then progressing
both alternatingly** and incrementally
through all the successive parts of our body.

* ‘walk-ingly’as distinct from ‘alternatively’.

.** each single-movement ‘reversingly’
e.g. with one foot only take ‘half-a-step forward’
but reverse it again[
then take it again (and reverse it again, too -)
the task being
to be increasngly self-awaring
as well as maximally self-controlling.
