First –
I found it is helpful
to fold a few A4 sheets in half
to act as a
‘personal-notebook’
which is easy to rubber-band into
any non-fiction guidance
that I may be ‘flipping’ through
or ‘critically-reading’.

Then –

Other ‘progress-options’
came,
stayed-on,
or ‘went’

such as
“trying to not to reach for the paracetamol”
and to
“drink more bottled still water instead of ‘coke-ish’ stuff”

I have come across a published ‘Self-Help’ Guidance
