Moving Forward.

It does appear that every Lifeform,
notably including us Humans,
alternates over the lifetime between
“advancing”
and
“consolidating”.

Trees notably have
“nodes” (junctions, joints)
and “internodes” (long branches, stems, twigs).

Human Civilisations also proceed in a similar way:
and currently we may be witnessing such a new
“node”
having to be formed
before our civilisation can both ‘survive’ and ‘advance’.

And since any group-of-lifeforms,
including humans,
is only as “strong” and “advance-capable”
as its weakest members –

it certainly now ‘behoves’ each of us
to be putting major amounts of Time and Effort
into
“Self
-&-
Civilisation
Co-Sustainworthying,
Individual Human Movement Improving
and
Wholesome Health, Wellness & Wellbeing
Co-Building & Co-Maintaining.

We each need to be “hourly” consolidating –
“pausing and re-preparing”
for further forward movement.

AN INSTANCE

Start playing a rousing March from a CD –
note how some parts of your body will
‘automaticly’
“do their own thing” –

which can
easily tend to
‘sweep you off your feet’
or
‘tie yourself-in-knots’
[not to also risk “getting your knickers or balls in a twist”].

GET THE MAIN FIRST BEAT OF EACH BAR
‘Moving within’ your whole body
before ‘tapping your toes’
and then actually starting to ‘move’
even ‘march’ –
with your legs and feet –

and you’ll still need to be catching yourself –
and avoiding –
“skipping” and “dancing”
here and there.
