Lotto-ing –

Having-a-little-flutter”
viz Gambling
a long-established ‘Normality’

(i) 4-Periods of 6-hours each
Morning
0600 – 1200
Afternoon
1200 – 1800

each of which,
especially for “nightime-sleeping-&-dreaming”
may be further ‘chunked-down’ into

90-minutes’s
the advanced-knowledge of which is that
the normal human sleep-cycle is 90-minutes,
45-minutes to go down through the sensory-levels successively ‘switching-off’,
then 45-minutes coming up
at the near-waking-end of which
come one’s dreams

[so one might allow an ‘extra’ ten-minutes –
to complete,
and also remember,
and jot a quick note about
on your
open-and-ready
with 4-coloured-pen and/or eraser-ended-pencil
bedside-blank-book –
a word about the dream
and especially about your feelings-
in- and after-
the dream or some-part-of-it …
