Your “vitally-dynamic” limits

Different body-parts
have different quality and quantity limits –
vitally-including
“timeframing-limits”

e.g. each ‘area’ of the body needs an ‘overall-timeframe’
comprised of ‘lesser-timeframes’ –

FOR INSTANCE

(1)
your ordinary walking timeframings
differ
in both ‘qualities’ and ‘quantities’
(1.1) internally between
each other,
as when
one changes
from
(1.1.1) short-light-little-steps
to (1.1.2 long-strong-stridesfrom

and ‘externally’ differ even more greatly from
(2)
the timeframing needs of
your posture, back, and legs-positionings,
and your shoulders, arms, wrists and fingers shaping and effort-assigning
when playing a keyboard instrument.
