Firstly or Preparatorily
we need to at least “panoramicly sketch”
and maybe “guesstimate”
what these “Strategic-Outcomes”
of Peace
or of War
“look like”.
We couldn’t go far wrong, then, by looking up
and into
a few
“world-views”.
e.g.
[There’s always been war –
even half of Civilisation’s long history has been taken up by War]
BUT
THAT LEAVES US WITH AN UNAVOIDABLE TASK-OUTSTANDING
If such a view ‘justifies’ War, how far is that so ?
If there are 33 strategies of War*
then what would be the ‘opposite’ strategies-of-Peace ?
[* Robert Greene’s The 33 Strategies of War ]
Greene begins by enumerating those strategies** :-
1 Declare War On Your Enemies
THE POLARITY STRATEGY …
2 Do Not Fight The Last (previous?) War.
THE GUERRILLA WAR OF THE MIND STRATEGY …
3 Amidst The Turmoil Of Events, Do Not Lose Your Presence Of Mind
THE COUNTERBLANCE STRATEGY …
4 Create A Sense Of Urgency And Desperation
THE DEATH GROUND STRATEGY …
——– Pause———-
Perhaps we’ll come across the case of
Cold Wars
[ ** Therefore they are in some priority-order ? ]
