“energetic”
but
“energic”**

“energy” = “fossil-fuels”
but also
“energy” = “the sevenfoldly-divinely innate
human-movement, growth, & self-healing ‘intrinsic-powers’ “.

Thus
“energy” becomes as vital and indispensable as “movement” to be thoroughly understood and carefully used

OUR PRACTICAL ‘POINT’ IS :-
We need always ‘continually’
but especially whenever awaking or starting-from-‘scratch’
to be finding and ‘dwelling-with’
just one of our
‘pre-movement-comfortably-limited-&-limiting
positions or ‘postures’ [Mary Bond]’ –

and

We need to find not just our own “still-centre”
but our
“most-‘disabled’ and/or painful
but ‘would-be-normal & movable’ body positions”

because over time
many ‘painful-impairments’ can be ‘reversed’
and be ‘daily-gradually’ brought into a tolerably and ‘normally’
movable state –

always, of course,

slowly,
sustainedly-evenly,
most-gently”
and
“plenty-of-rest-in-betweenly
