Pearsall found
that individual people,
including as patients,
show certain clear signs of developing
and of slipping-back-into
a
“wrong-habit-that-feels-right”
which sooner or later becomes a life-threatening disease –
at the “Hot” ‘behavioural end of the scale Heart-Diseases
at the “Cold” ‘behavioural’ end Cancer diseases.

Our wisest and most wholesomely-practical self-course

[perhaps ‘especially’]
the HOT and the COLD ones, too – – –
– thinking of them as being parts in a play we need to be learning.
