a totally-insufficient number of people around the world are making any minimal effort to keep abreast of
both this Earth’s Natural Lifesupports
and
our Human-Civilisations’
weaknesses, wounds, and disablements 
as well as focusing and over-drawing upon the strengths or “sufficiencies”.of each –

and “every-single-body” is feeling more and more uneasy
and “uncomfortably off-balance” –
