.3. Cooperatively …………………….not Competitively.
.4. Participatively……………………..not Directively
.5. Constructively……………………..not Destructively’
.6. Transparently “in step”/”in the same ball-park”
(upon up-front stated Guidance foundations as to “where we are coming from” -“where we intend or want to be going”)
