of every living-lifeform.

So, here we have a human “foundational-basic”
which by “instant-instantiation”
we can
“start-already-achieving”

We simply begin including in our immediate
“what am I doing and how well ?”
‘mindfulness’
( or as some may prefer to be thinking of it
our ‘self-mindfulnessing’ )

some minimum guidance-knowledge
of the 4 pairs of human-movement opposites.

Directness &/or Flexibility.

One’s
WEIGHT
‘domain’ shows
(principally either-)
Firmness or Gentleness
[“Strength”* or Lightness].

One’s
TIME
domain
shows
Quickness or Sustainedness.

One’s
FLOW
domain
shows
Boundness or Free-flowingness.

eight basic human-movement patterns :

Thrusting and its ‘opposite’ Floating
Slashing ‘opposite’ Gliding
Wringing ‘opposite’ Dabbing
Pressing ‘opposite’ Flicking.

can have a ‘thrusting’ character when
the SPACE exertion of Directness
