Checklist Reminder

Pearsall found
that individual people,
including as patients,
show certain clear signs of developing
and of slipping-back-into
a
“wrong-habit-that-feels-right”
which sooner or later becomes a life-threatening disease –
at the “Hot” ‘behavioural end of the scale Heart-Diseases
at the “Cold” ‘behavioural’ end Cancer diseases.

THE ‘BEHAVIOURAL’ CHECKLIST

HOT ‘behaviours’ show-up as being :-
Competitivity (including destructivity)

and
Hostility

COLD ‘behaviours’ show-up as being :-
Inadequacy:
Pessimism;
and
Defeat(ism).

We need to become more often WARM or COOL

WARM ‘behaviours’ show-up as being :-
Caring;
Patient;
and
Tolerant.

COOL as being :-
Confident;
Energic;
Optimistic.

PUBLISHER’S NOTE :
Our wisest and most wholesomely-practical self-course
is to practice
not just the WARM and COOL ‘behaviours
but
[perhaps ‘especially’]
the HOT and the COLD ones, too – – –

– thinking of them as being parts in a play we need to be learning.
