Daily life is quite full of various sorts
our Task is to sort them into Good, Tolerable-for the-Time-Being
No-Good – get out of it as soon as possible.
We should already be self-pursuing
to find our
“wrong habits – that still feel ‘right'” –
and be setting about reducing their wrongness
whilst ‘alongside’ increasing a right-habit –
freshly rooted in longest-term sustainworthiness –
NB Going to the Doctor for more ‘pain-murderers’
for millions upon millions of ordinary folk just like you or me –

and dwell in your mind with whatsoever is healthy, true, and right.
